Construction and Durability:
The unit includes a PU belt and a comprehensive control cabinet. Both the machinery and the drum magnet are thermally sprayed and powder-coated with RAL5015. Additionally, the bearing temperature readout is displayed, ensuring continuous monitoring and optimal operation.

Ease of Installation:
Designed for easy and trouble-free mounting, the machinery features a high pole frequency drum magnet with an eccentric. All components are at the right heights and distances. The frame includes lifting points, allowing for swift installation and precise positioning.

Drum Magnet Specifications:
The drum magnet on the frame has a diameter of 300 mm and a working width of 1900 mm, incorporating Neodymium BM35 grade magnets. The Eddy Current ECC BM 104 X separating unit comes with special equipment, including an electronically adjustable separating shield. This feature allows for fine adjustment of the separating plate, maximizing separation accuracy. The unit is also thermally sprayed and powder-coated, with steel transport crane eyes for easy and safe handling. The special equipment is valued at €15,000.
