Litter Tech Limited

Founded in 2017, Litter Tech Limited is a plastic scrap recycling business firm based in Dar Es Salaam, Tanzania. Currently we are commissioning our two recycling lines, with an objective to become operational. We are looking for long-term PET Flakes buyers and we can send you the samples of our Plastic Flakes at your requests.

We recycle plastic bottles scrap into PET flakes, a reusable raw material used by many manufacturers. Here in our country Tanzania, there is a lot of plastic bottles scrap produced every day and most of them just gets thrown away in the streets. We have mobilize groups of people and individuals to collect the bottles scrap and bring them to our factory where we will carefully turn them into PET flakes.

We first remove all labels from the bottles scrap. We have a special machine that does this by just a push of the button. After removing the labels from the plastic bottles scrap, we then crush the bottles into small bits of flakes. Once the bottles scrap are crushed, the rest of the process of the machines is to clean and separate the PET flakes. We first start with cold water washing, then friction washing, then hot water washing, then friction washing again and cold water washing again.

We have both PET Scrap and PE/PP Scrap recycling lines, and each line has a minimum capacities of 300 tonnes per month of washed flakes. The company also has shredder with a capacity of 100 tonnes of unwashed flakes per month. We are looking forward to hearing from you at your convenience.
