Sathva Plastic Industries: We are an Industry with recycling all Plastic Scrap as our main business and at the core is the recycling of PP Scrap into granules of several colours.

Sathva Plastic Industries - started in 2011, has its roots in Saraswathi Plastic Industries, Chennai, a towering pillar in the industry with over four decades of experience in the field of plastics behind it.

Our company has a production capacity of over 400 MT per month, and the group continues to process PP, HDPE, LDPE, ABS, HIPS, GPPS, PA and PC. The grades dealt with are Injection grades, Blow grades, Film grades, Raffia grades and Extrusion grades.

We continue to cater to industries like Automobile OEMs, Household articles manufacturers, Fruits and vegetables crates manufacturers, Toys makers, Furniture manufacturers, Plumbing and Electrical fittings manufacturers, Jewellery box manufacturers, Construction Industry, etc.

To further spruce up quality and quantity, we took a few steps back and initiated the process for backward integration. Thus came into existence a unit each in Tirunelveli, Cochin and one unit in the pipeline in Tuticorin.

Here commingled scrap is purchased at source or from Scrap suppliers, and we have over 500 such suppliers in our rolls each place. These assorted scraps are brought to our units and are segregated systematically by experts, first based on the type of Polymer and then on quality and shade. These are ground as flakes in our Industrial Grinders, PET bottles, non-woven sacks and Film scrap are baled in our Baling Machine.

Products processed by our company are graded based on the number of times the scrap is recycled and shade brightness. This aids the end user in choosing our raw material appropriately depending on polymer strength, colour and all other relevant technical specifications viz-a-viz the products requirement.

For and during the process, we take utmost care in filtration by using good quality high-density Stainless Steel filters, and the pigments used are also of high quality. This, in return, helps customers retain their quality, product shelf life, heat stability, etc.
