Founded in Calgary Alberta in 2010, Bare Wire Recycling Inc. is On-site buyer and local processor of non-ferrous scrap metal. Bare Wire Recycling Inc. is a proud memeber of the Electrical Contractors Association of Alberta (ECAA) and the Alberta Electrial League (AEL). We recycle all forms of Copper and Aluminum. Specializing in copper and aluminum wire, we can also recycle copper motors, transformers, pcb and non pcb ballasts, brass, stainless steel and much more.

Scrap copper wire is found in everything from cars to consumers electronics to the wiring in your house. Over 80% of the copper ever mined is still in use today. Not only can copper be recycled but the insulation can also be recycled.
