Schauenburg Hose Technolgy GmbH is the group leading buyer based in Mülheim-Ruhr, Germany. In our production locations from France and Germany we are processing about 6000 tons of PVC compounds in soft and rigid form.

To launch a new product line, we are looking for a kind of ECO PVC-p in transparent shore A70 or softer for extrusion. The material should not contain DOP (phthalate free) and should be ROHS and REACH. Our forecasted needs could be easily reach upto 500 tons p.a. after a ramp up. As we do have our own re-palletizing lines we are also interested in PVC flakes, when available.

In addition to that we are also interested in PVC-p black (no DOP) in shore A65 and A70. This material should not be filled or only light filled (density max. ~1,35). The surface after extrusion should be shiny/glossy. Here we also could buy full truck loads. The consumption could reach about 350 tons p.a.
